Making a Purchase
Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. Then click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments through Paypal. You do not require a Paypal account to pay. The security of your information is a top priority both for us and Paypal.
When we have received your order, checked that we are able to supply the particular item at the price indicated and received payment confirmation from Paypal, we will send you an acceptance of the order. Since some items may be in short supply, in the case that multiple orders are placed against more limited stock, the first buyers will have their orders accepted and subsequent buyers will receive immediate refunds, unless they are happy to wait for up to 4 weeks as explained below.
Stock availability and Delivery
If the item is in stock, delivery will be in 2/5 days from the date of your order and card authorisation. If the item does not arrive within this period, please contact us.
If not in stock, we will email you within 2 working days from date of order. Delivery will be within 4 weeks, although you will have the option to cancel if you would rather not wait. We will be continually updating the Shop with new colours and materials.
We use Parcelforce: charges will be £11 inland. If you buy more than 1 item we deliver inland for free. Deliveries must be signed for. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to sender, you will be charged for the order to be re-sent.
For overseas deliveries, please enquire.
By arrangement, it is also possible to collect your purchase from Saltway House, Bibury, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 5NT
Returns
We will refund you on the following basis if you are not happy. Let us know within seven working days of receiving the item and send it back undamaged within 2 weeks. It is advisable to use an insured delivery service, since liability for loss or damage in transit lies with the customer.
We will then refund your money. Please keep your proof of postage.
